Estate sales can be a heavy burden on a family. With all of the work involved, emotions of departing with personal belongings and the chore of allotting time to plan the event is a lot to take on.
We are able to make an Estate sale as smooth as possible for your family. We start with consulting with you on your wishes and let you know what you can expect from us before, during and after the sale.
We organize and price your items according to its value and get the sale ready weeks in advance along with all of the advertising it takes to make your sale a success. We have ample employees on the day of the sale to make sure your belongings are safe, and your shoppers are well taken care of.
We do not receive any funds from you before the sale. We are paid a percentage of what is sold at the estate sale. During the estate sale, we will handle everything from customers questions, negotiations, arranging pick-ups of items and making sure the sale itself is ran smoothly.
After the sale, we leave your home clean, tidy, and ready for its next chapter-whether you are listing it with a Realtor or moving forward with other plans. To make the entire process completely seamless, we can also help coordinate the sale of your property to get it sold as quickly, as our owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Louisiana. We can also work in sync with another Realtor of your choosing.
After the sale, we handle any remaining items according to your wishes. Whether you choose to donate, save, or discard leftovers, we will guide you toward the best choices for your unique situation. Every estate sale we manage is fully customized to fit your specific needs.
