Estate sales can be a heavy burden on a family. With all of the work involved, emotions of departing with personal belongings and the chore of allotting time to plan the event is a lot to take on.
We are able to make an Estate sale as smooth as possible for your family. We start with consulting with you on your wishes and let you know what you can expect from us before, during and after the sale.
We organize and price your items according to its value and get the sale ready weeks in advance along with all of the advertising it takes to make your sale a success. We can inventory items upon request. We will have ample employees on the day of the sale to make sure your belongings are safe, and your shoppers are well taken care of. We do not take any funds from you before the sale. We are paid a percentage of what is sold at the estate sale. During the estate sale, we will handle everything from customers questions, negotiations, arranging pick-ups of items and making sure the sale itself is ran smoothly.
After the sale, rest assured, your home will be cleaned up and tidy.
You can decide at this time what you would like to do with the remainder of the items that were not purchased. You have the option of donation to various charities, boxing up to save or discarding. We will help you decide depending on your circumstances. We customize all of our estate sales based on our clients' needs.

A Senior Move Assistant is a professional who specializes in assisting older adults and their families with the emotional and physical aspects of relocation and/or aging in place, which may also include organizing and/or de-cluttering their living spaces so they can safely remain in their current homes and manage the moving process so you don't have to.
